Brown, The World, Nude Photography and Self Inflicted Wounds.
1. I am working today – on MLK Day. Best thing I heard?
“I think all somewhat brown people should have today off. I’m so annoyed that I’m sitting at my desk.”
Amen.
2. QTMama and I may, in fact, be getting married at age 50. Not the best weekend for either of us. However, she sent me a message that did make me laugh.
“I read eight books in four days. Have not turned on the tv in days. Is the world okay?”
3. I’ve decided I want to try my hand at nude photography.
That is the type of sentence that needs all kinds of clarification. I have decided I would like to try my skills at photographing nude subjects. There isn’t really any way to tell someone you’d like to try this without sounding at least slightly like a douchebag.
4. Do you ever have an ache of sorts and it feels like someone is jabbing a finger in it and making it worse? And then you realize OH, IT IS YOURSELF.
5. I am going to write an entry on breast size. I don’t know why I feel like I have to brace people for that.

Is it weird to say that I would love for someone to photograph me in the nude? Of course, you’d have to be an expert with the Photoshop, though, so you could eliminate the stretch marks and the mommy tummy afterwards. heh.

There were people in my office that still didn’t know anything about the earthquake in Haiti on Friday. Sad…but some people prefer to not know what’s going on in the world.
And when you look as good as QT, it doesn’t matter one way or the other.

@MommaSunshine – No, I don’t think it’s weird at all. Except I won’t be photoshopping anything. Women are beautiful. This includes you. What’s to photoshop?
@CBG – I think QT will write about this tomorrow…but I may do photos of her. I think, though, my photography skills won’t do her justice.

lol, I have misc. pains left and right… I’m just going to ignore them and hope they go away.
Let me know how it goes when you tell someone you want to take naked photos of them, I’m seeing an entertaining blog post coming up.
We all know how much you like your “snack trays” Random…. I can’t wait for your breast size post. Should be a good read. Being quite defficient in the breast department myself I’ll attempt to read w/o being overly sensitive. Hehehe… I know most people are in the “bigger is better” camp.

You know, usually I come here and laugh at whatever oddities RE has going on with RE. Or I laugh cuz, well, as we all know, RE is funny as hell.
But today I came and read about our impending marriage, CaNook’s AWESOME comment and then my Cookie’s comment.
I suddenly feel like less of a Looooooooooooooser. Okay maybe a more pretty loser.

3. I’ve modeled nude many times. It’s fun, as long as the photographer isn’t a total creeper. Seattle is FULL of guys with cameras who think they are photographers. I’ve had to almost beat some ass more than once.

No way am I brave enough to let anyone take nude photos of me… lol… YIKES I’ve had four kids!
I have used my tripod and taken them of myself however, after I lost 60 lbs after baby #4 I wanted them for myself. Sort of a “look how far you’ve come” kind of thing.
Unfortunately the X found them when he hacked into my computer and turned them into something dirty and humiliating. I don’t think I’ll ever have the guts to do that again.

Ialways have to start everything with “back in the day” now, but, back in the day, I had nude photos taken. They were tasteful and beautiful. I still love looking at them. So I say go for it.
