I love this. And it might just be true. It’s all fun and games and Pinot Grigio until the kiddos arrive. Then it’s hello, swimming pool!

1. Usually when I’m acting like an idiot, I’m alone in the car, in the middle of the night so no one is around to witness it. Thank goodness for that.

2. You need a higher sensitivity quotient.

3. Marriage is worse than adoption. Husbands require much more maintenance than babies…even teenagers.

I don’t think Terms of Endearment is a chick flick…

@MommaSunshine – Yeah, the only thing some husbands do that is grown up is move out. And that’s because they misunderstood the whole marriage thing. (Being very tongue-in-cheek here.)

@BigLittleWolf – Chick Flicks probably are underrated. I’m trying to think of a good chick flick. I’d go with Terms of Endearment. But that might be just because I really liked the piano music.
