Can you imagine that people in SAN JOSE pay to have their picture taken while a pigeon eats birdfood placed on top of their head! PURA VIDA

@Costa Rica Traveler – Nope, sounds pretty gross to me. I was just in Venice about a year ago and was grateful for the bird-feeding ban in St. Mark’s Square.
