1. It is nearly 2 a.m. and I have to tell you that running a Triple Crown mid-week is exhausting. I’m looking forward to a weekend with Little Filthy. We’re going to eat steak and watch some movies, courtesy of The Ballerina.

2. Plush joined me for a get together tonight at a local Irish bar. What can I say? She looked stunning.

3. At said gathering, a heated discussion broke out between IHateJazz and The Ballerina over bed sizes. IHateJazz is a fan of the California king. The Ballerina believes that anything larger than a queen size bed is indulgent and symbolic of excess. In fact, what she said was that owning a king size bed was like owning a Hummer.  What say you on this matter, readers?

4. As I drove home, I admired the lights of the Sears Tower. When I stepped out on my patio with Little Filthy, however, I again realized that I miss stars. City living is not conducive to stars gazing. I think I need some star gazing.
