Contemplative.
1. I made a promise I do not want to break and I no longer wish to keep.
2. I am concerned about someone and am straddling the line between listening…and doing something.
3 . A friend told me recently that I have been distant. I believe the exact phrase was “off-standish.” I feel like I need to clear my head of a fog.
4. Little Filthy senses that things are amiss. Twice today I found him under the bed.
5. Today, I started to feel…thin. As if I became less of who I am. This bothers me.

Your list made me sad
March 10th, 2008 at 9:48 pm
It *is* a rather depressing list, isn’t it? Especially odd for someone who is rarely bummed out. I’m feeling the bummed out-ness right now, though.
Thank you for the comment…and welcome to my blog! It’s not normally quite so ridiculously sad.

I hope that you can get some resolution on things. I tend to act right away but I’m learning that sometimes just waiting things out can bring the best resolution.
Hope you find some peace.

Thank you, Bev. I appreciate it.

You are way too awesome to sound so distraught.

Hi, Just Kelli – thank you for the kind words. I appreciate it. (And welcome to my blog!)
How did you find my blog, may I ask?
March 10th, 2008 at 10:40 pm
Welll, pretty pathetic here, haha. I got addicted to blogs on glamour.com while deployed to Iraq.
Got caught up in the entertainment of Man Needs Date blog and realized with everyone else that he
wasn’t a worthy read. Someone posted a link that took me to your blog and I must say, you are quite witty.
I was laughing out loud. I hope you don’t mind, I told a few people about your blog. If it is personal, I will
totally respect that. Take care and keep entertaining! You really should get paid for your thoughts, well
besides just the lawyer ones anyways. Smiles!
Good night- Kelli

Hey RE, I just explained how I came across your blog, as requested. It’s in my blog.

Hope things turn out well for all involved. Follow your heart. And don’t forget to give Lil’ Filthy a big fat kiss.

When I feel like that I just kill a hobo.
Try it, it works!

Hi, Just Kelli – thank you! No, my blog is not personal/private, at all – I dig the feedback. Thank you.

Thanks, Avitania – you know I will be bugging you guys with Twitters for advice.

Synthetic – I hadn’t considered a random hobo killing. Before now, that is.

Synthetic makes a sick but valid point. Beating up hobos is an ancient art (I detest it) but you can find an example of it here at around the 5 mins 15 seconds mark.

Sigh. On a serious note… I’m sure you’ll make the right decision regardless of what the action is. Sometimes people need you to help and step in and sometimes they need their distance.
I know how it feels.

Lynchseattle – thank you. I know you understand this jumbled mess.
