Social Round Up.
1. We watched Ocean’s 13. I think I breathed an audible sigh of relief when I saw it in her hands.
2. Had a bad date lately? Check out this woman’s blog entry. This is a great blog. $10 to anyone who can get me a date with her. No, no! $20.
3. The Italian wrote a blog entry/contribution. I will post it this weekend.
4. I met a young woman a few weeks ago who is a blooming journalist considering law school. She’s wanted to ask me some questions about law school but our schedules haven’t meshed until today so we’re going to grab breakfast together.
5. Dinner plans with Plush. And no, not at a strip club.
6. I head to Las Vegas in two weeks for a few days with some buddies. I anticipate bad things.

Actually, since you’re going to Vegas, you might want to wait awhile on that one
In Vegas, you must must must go to Craftsteak at the MGM grand and get the Kobe tasting menu. Seriously one of the best meals we’ve had.
You can also go to Burger Bar and get a $60 burger like Chris did although he thought In N Out was better.

I heard Craftsteak was good. That’s a Colicchio, right? I *do* love steak…and the Kobe tasting menu sounds great. I might just have to give that a try.

Yep it’s Tom’s place. I can’t begin to describe just how yummy it was. The decor is really swank as well.
Oh and the key lime martinis hit the spot

So yummy. You must also hit up Burger Bar, In-N-Out Burger, and try to see a Cirque Du Soleil show. We saw two on our last trip: Ka and Zumanity. I reviewed Ka on my blog, but I would recommend Zumanity or going to see O!

I saw Zumanity last year when I was there – that was some midget. I mean, little person. I thought he was going to fly off the rope and into our laps.
