Are they permanent? I thought grills were removeable. Don’t kids lose their teeth at around age 6?

I know that Kendra (Hugh Hefner’s girlfriend) had a removable one on one of their shows. Boss is in bed or I’d ask her if she was being sarcastic and the kid just has some gold capped teeth or what. Who the hell gets a grill for their kid?
