Random Esquire

Summertime is in full swing and that means a lot of walking around for Little Filthy. The monster is a city dog and so he loves to hit the park and visit with the other dogs. However, these frequent walks have revealed Little Filthy’s greedy side.

We have failed to train Little Filthy so that he knows that he is to properly empty his bladder prior to walking as opposed to doling out his urine to mark every stationary object he passes.  Crumpled up bit of newpaper? Marked. Tree? Marked.  Tall weed? Marked.  Walking him now, I hear his inner dialogue as a small child saying, “That’s mine….and that’s mine….that, too,” as he stops to leave a little bit of himself.

Please tell me we aren’t the only one to raise a dog this possessive.
